Tony Campbell is an instructor, course author, speaker, writer and a coach for eLegal Training. A former lawyer and economist, Tony discovered his passion for helping people grow some twenty years ago when he became a leading professional development expert, coach and instructional designer. As the head of professional development in top U.K. and U.S. firms including Baker & McKenzie; Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer; White & Case and a consultant to dozens more, Tony has proven to be an expert lawyer-trainer in the essential skills required for service leadership. He is both a certified MBTI facilitator and a FIRO-B facilitator.
 
Eric Dewey is the founder, course author, trainer, and coach with eLegal Training. As the former chief marketing officer of several large law firms, Eric is passionate about designing and delivering business development training programs that are practical, effective, and easy to access. Throughout his career in banking, commercial real estate, and legal services, he has advised hundreds of partners and business managers in marketing, business development, and opportunities research. His coaching clients include partners in some of the most prestigious law firms in the world including Sidley Austin, Dentons U.S., Pillsbury, Fenwick and West, Nixon Peabody, and many others. He is the author of Power Grids. How Successful Lawyers Build Powerful Networks That Drive Reputations, Relationships, Referrals, and Revenues.
